Privacy policy

Information and purposes

We collect the business email you submit, your consent record, support communications, and limited technical information needed to secure and deliver the site. We use it to manage the waitlist, send requested launch and product emails, prevent abuse, answer requests, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Please do not submit sensitive information.

Service providers, transfers and retention

Qualified service providers may process limited contact and technical information to deliver requested features and prevent abuse. Information may be processed outside Québec, including in the United States. We limit disclosure to what is needed, use contractual and organizational safeguards, and retain waitlist information until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it is no longer needed, subject to legal and security requirements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or deletion, subject to applicable limits. Observagent’s person responsible for personal information is the Privacy Officer at privacy@observagent.cloud, Montréal, Québec, Canada. You may also complain to the appropriate privacy regulator.

Terms of service

Observagent’s services are for lawful business use by people able to form a contract. Keep credentials secure; do not disrupt, probe, misuse, or infringe through the service. You retain your submitted data and authorize its processing to provide and secure the service. Paid plan details appear at purchase. Beta features may change and are provided without a service-level commitment. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; indirect damages are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Québec and applicable Canadian law govern, with courts in Montréal having jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise. Contact legal@observagent.cloud.

Website terms and conditions

You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. Do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse Observagent content or branding. Joining the waitlist requests product-launch messages but does not guarantee access, timing, pricing, or availability. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn using an unsubscribe link. Site content is general information, not legal, compliance, financial, or security advice. Québec law applies, subject to mandatory rights.

Refund policy

Team is billed monthly through Stripe at US$179 per organization per month, before applicable taxes. It includes 50 GB retained telemetry, up to 30 days of telemetry history, up to seven daily backup recovery points, and 100 GB incoming / 10 GB outgoing transfer per UTC calendar month. The UTC monthly limits reset at the start of each month. An additional hard limit of 100 GB incoming / 10 GB outgoing applies over any rolling 31 days; a new month does not reset it. Both limits apply. Transfers pause at either limit and resume only when there is enough allowance in both windows. No automatic overage charges. Transfer usage includes a conservative 16 KiB allowance for each request and each response; reservations for interrupted requests remain counted. An initial provisioning backup may also be retained until cancellation. There is no free plan or trial. The initial Team payment includes the 30-day money-back guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Scale and Enterprise are coming soon and cannot be purchased. After exhausted payment retries, an unpaid workspace may have its compute stopped while its disks and backups are held. Verified repayment can resume that same workspace after required checks; cancellation, deletion, disputes, and unresolved operational holds require review. A payment dispute pauses access for review and does not itself authorize a refund or deletion.

Initial 30-day guarantee

The money-back guarantee begins with your first successful Team payment and lasts 30 days. On request within that initial window, all eligible Team invoice payments made in the window are refunded in full, including a renewal that falls within it. Request the refund through Organization billing. The subscription is cancelled immediately when the request is processed; access ends and irreversible workspace deletion begins. Later renewals do not restart the guarantee.

Cancellation and permanent deletion

After the initial guarantee, you may cancel renewal through Organization billing at any time. Access continues through the current paid billing period. At its end, your organization’s workspace, telemetry, settings, and backups are permanently deleted. Export anything you need before access ends. Confirmation requires explicit acknowledgement of irreversible deletion, the organization name, and a fresh authenticator code. Fees already charged are non-refundable outside the guarantee, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

Use Organization billing to request the initial 30-day refund or cancel renewal. If you cannot access billing or believe a charge is incorrect, email billing@observagent.cloud with your account email, invoice number, and charge date. Do not send card numbers or sensitive credentials. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

When Team access ends after cancellation, the organization’s workspace, telemetry, settings, and backups are permanently deleted. Deletion may run asynchronously; it cannot be reversed once completed. Minimal billing and audit records may be retained where necessary or required by law; Observagent does not collect card or bank details. Export your data before access ends. Existing shared control recovery snapshots may retain historical account or billing metadata until their operator-managed expiry. Minimal financial, security, and operational audit records may be retained as needed; tenant telemetry is not kept in those shared control snapshots.

Payment confirmation does not mean your workspace is ready. Workspace status shows preparation and any setup problem. If setup fails, contact support@observagent.cloud; eligible initial 30-day refund requests remain available through billing.

This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
