Individual: US$29 per month for one user. Requests accept personal email addresses; account creation and payment follow approval and availability confirmation. Telemetry retention continues for up to 30 days after access ends. Cancel renewal at any time. Taxes may apply.
Teams: 100 GB incoming / 10 GB outgoing per UTC calendar month, plus the same 100 GB / 10 GB hard limit over any rolling 31 days. Both limits apply. Transfers pause at either limit; there are no automatic overage charges.
Teams: Pay monthly through Stripe. No free plan or trial. Your organization’s first Teams payment starts the 30-day guarantee: a full refund cancels access immediately. Renewals do not restart the guarantee. Later cancellation preserves access until the end of your paid billing period. When access ends, your workspace, telemetry, settings and backups are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. Export your data beforehand. Taxes may apply. Enterprise cannot be purchased.
Stripe handles payment details securely. Observagent does not collect or store your card information.
